Shipping & Handling
Every LLÁZIO order is inspected and hand-packed using protective, high-quality materials to ensure its integrity during transit.

Processing: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Transit: We partner with leading international carriers to provide a reliable delivery window of 7 to 15 business days for our primary global hubs. You will receive a sophisticated tracking experience via email the moment your package leaves our care.

Our Commitment to Quality (Returns)
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our collections. However, we understand that true luxury is found in peace of mind. If a selection does not perfectly align with your vision or your home, LLÁZIO offers a 14-day return window.

Return Conditions:
To maintain our standards of hygiene and quality, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, housed in their premium LLÁZIO packaging.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
