Every LLÁZIO order is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition at your door.

  • Free UK Shipping: We offer Free Tracked Delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–9 business days to any address in the United Kingdom.

  • Tracking: You will automatically receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

  • Customs & VAT: All prices displayed on our website include UK VAT and import duties. You will never face hidden taxes or extra fees upon delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely delighted with your LLÁZIO lighting piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Request a Return:

Contact our support team at hello@llazio.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your Order Number (e.g., #LL1001) and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging and all included components must be completely intact.

  • Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected at our center, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
